Our SPA was created in an old annexe of the estate, amid travertine, terracotta and warm wood. Large windows open onto hills planted with vines and olive trees, in a continuous dialogue between inside and out.

Move through them in the order you prefer,
alternating heat and cool.
Turkish bath
Warm, enveloping steam. It hydrates the skin and frees the breath.
Finnish sauna
Light wood and a stone stove, up to 80–90°C. The dry heat that melts away tension.
Cold plunge tub
The cold-water tub: the thermal contrast that reactivates circulation.
Bucket shower
A bucket of cool water that tones the body between one heat session and the next.
Whirlpool tub
Finnish wooden tub with warm whirlpool jets, on the panoramic terrace.
Relaxation loungers
Relaxation area with loungers and a view, and lockers with keys. For a herbal tea or an aperitif.
The recommended circuit
Six phases alternating hot and cold, in the order designed for maximum wellbeing. Remember a warm shower before each step.
A lukewarm, cleansing shower, then the Turkish bath for 10–15 min to relax the muscles.
Cold-water tub to revive circulation, then 5 minutes of rest.
Sauna for 10–12 min to help eliminate toxins.
Cold bucket shower, then whirlpool and tub alternating hot/cold.
Whirlpool for 15–20 min to release tension.
Relaxation area 15–20 min: rest and rehydration.
Two ways to experience the SPA
Open every day by reservation, including for guests not staying at the farmhouse. Maximum capacity 15 people.

Relaxation with a view over the Maremma
After the spa, you can linger outdoors and enjoy the view over the Maremma. Choose between a wine tasting, an aperitif with the estate’s produce or dinner at the restaurant.
Rules and useful information
Access and age
Not permitted for under-16s. From 16 to 18, only when accompanied by an adult. On first use, signing the liability waiver form is mandatory.
What to wear
A swimsuit, non-slip slippers and a towel are required (also on the loungers); shoes stay at the entrance. Free lockers with keys at reception, while they last.
Preliminary shower
A warm shower is mandatory before entering the sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpools.
Silence & privacy
Low voices and phones on silent. For everyone’s privacy, no photos or videos.
Health & safety
Heat and whirlpools are not advised during pregnancy or with high/low blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, varicose veins, infections or wounds. Access is forbidden after alcohol or heavy meals.
