Five hundred metres above the sea, our vines grow among the Mediterranean scrub and the salty breeze. Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Vermentino: our timeless grape varieties, tended with patience.

From the estate and the region
Vermentino
Harvested between late August and early September. Gently pressed with no oxygen contact, fermented in stainless steel at 16-17 °C and aged four months on the fine lees. Straw-yellow, with aromas of exotic fruit and flowers; a savoury, full palate closing on a pleasant sweet note. Best enjoyed young.
Cabernet Sauvignon
From hand-picked, carefully selected grapes. Fermentation and maceration for about 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by 12 months in steel and at least 6 in the bottle. Structured, intense and harmonious: character and finesse in every glass.
Morellino di Scansano
Hand-harvested with a double grape selection, on the sorting belt and by optical sorter. Fermentation and maceration for about 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, 12 months’ ageing in steel and at least 6 in the bottle. An authentic, elegant red, deeply rooted in its land.
